Delivery Information

At Grande Luxe Collection, our mission is to deliver your dream outfit seamlessly, wherever you are in the world. Whether you're dressing for a party, wedding, or celebration, we’re committed to ensuring a smooth and luxurious delivery experience.

UK Delivery (Shipped from the United Kingdom)

  • Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over: £295

  • Standard Delivery (3 - 5 working days): £4.95

  • Express Delivery (2 - 3 working days) : £9.95

Orders placed after 1PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

International Delivery

We proudly ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — this means duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so you’ll never be surprised with unexpected fees at delivery.

EU

  • EU Standard Delivery  (5 - 7 working days)- £14.95

Rest of World

  • International Standard Delivery ( 7 -10 working days) - £19.95

Country-specific duties and taxes are included at checkout, based on destination.

Order Processing & Shipping Terms

  • Orders placed after 1PM (UK time) or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.

  • All orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, construction sites, or traveller sites.

  • Delivery address must be accurate , unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur redelivery and handling fees.

Customs, Returns & Handling Fees

  • Grande Luxe Collection is not responsible for delays caused by local customs procedures.

  • Failure to collect your parcel from local depots within 24–48 hours may result in return and additional redelivery charges.

Express Shipping Disclaimer

While we offer premium delivery services, some events may be beyond our control:

  • Force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, unrest) may cause delays. We do not offer refunds for these delays.

  • We recommend placing time-sensitive orders in advance where possible.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

In the rare case of a missing delivery:

  • You must complete an Undelivered Parcel Disclaimer and provide ID.

  • We’ll initiate a formal courier investigation, which may take up to 30–40 days.

  • If approved, a like-for-like replacement will be issued.
