At Grande Luxe Collection, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, our extended returns process ensures peace of mind while remaining simple and transparent.
Return Window
- Returns can be requested within 28 days of delivery using our Returns Portal or by contacting our Customer Care team.
- Once your return is approved, please send your item back promptly to ensure eligibility.
Return Shipping & Fees
- UK & International Customers: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use your preferred courier service, but we strongly recommend using a tracked service for security.
- Duties and taxes on international returns are also the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour, or style, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
- Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
Items that don’t meet these conditions may be declined and returned back to you.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of your return being received and approved by our Quality Control team.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Card: Typically 5–7 business days
- PayPal: Within 48 hours of approval
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve this quickly at no cost to you.
Important Information
- All returns must be logged through our Returns Portal or by contacting Customer Care before sending your item back.
- Returns attempted outside the 28-day window may not be accepted.
- Duties and taxes paid on international deliveries cannot be refunded.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
