How to Measure

A. Bust

• Place the tape measure just below your underarms and wrap it around the fullest part of your chest.

B. Waist

• Wrap the tape around your midsection, near your navel, at the most narrow part of your torso. This is typically just above your belly button and below your ribcage.

C. Hips

• Place the tape around the widest part of your hips and thighs. This is usually about 7–9 inches below your natural waistline, depending on your body.
